My friend on facebook showed this to me, and on another photo, I immediately went to Turkey Vulture. However, looking at this photo, what's up with all the white?

This is definitely not a Turkey Vulture. A Turkey Vulture doesn't have red legs, and has a much shorter neck and tail. I'm not good with foreign/exotic/domestic birds, but I would guess that it is one of those three.
143 bird species Life List

Latest additions- Cedar Waxwing, Yellow Warbler, Savannah Sparrow, Eared Grebe, Eastern Kingbird, Osprey, Broad-tailed Hummingbird, Gyrfalcon, Black-Chinned Hummingbird, California Quail, Caspian Tern, Bullock's Oriole.

They actually do have pink/red legs, but they're usually so covered in urates from urohydrosis that they look white. ;) But yeah, I agree with Swinhoe's Pheasant. Cool bird!

"Urohydrosis" Now there is a word that doesn't come up very often but I do like it. It's a much more efficient way of describing what vultures do which normally would take a short paragraph and it's so much more polite, too. :) Thanks.
