Seen at the Bloomingdale Bog in Franklin County, NY. I was hearing lots of Alder and Yellow-bellied, but Least is also an option.

1-2. look like Traill's (Willow/Alder complex) based on PP and bill.
I'm not completely sure on 3.
Did they vocalize at all?

The first two didn't, but the last one was giving the "CHEbik" or "chebunk" call, so it was either a Least or Yellow-bellied.

Ah, Least looks more promising here with the short primary projection.

The eyerings on 1 and 2, especially 1, make me lean Least for those as well. I also find "Traill's" to usually be more brown than the greenish here though that's not by any means diagnostic. Of course since they didn't vocalize, Empidonax sp. is always the safe bet.
Life List: 362
Most recent 5: Pacific Loon, Cave Swallow, Hudsonian Godwit, Leach's Storm-Petrel, Pomarine Jaeger.

Take a look at the bill on bird 1. That really looks too large and hooked for Least to me.
Bird 2's bill I had thought was too large for Least, but like you implied, Empids are really tough.

Agree with Liam here. I won't guess on 2, but 1 definitely looks like it has too large of a bill for a least. Looks more like a Trails-type. I like Least for 3.

How about Yellow-bellied for 1? That would fit with the bold eyering and bright upperparts. I think you guys are right that the bill is too large for Least, but I can't see it as a "Traill's" either.

I could see 2 as an Alder I guess, but the angle on that one probably makes it impossible.
