Looks like a female Red-winged Blackbird.

if the photo were loaded here in a bigger size, we may be able to tell which it is... but from the small amount of brown on the cheek, I would go for a redwinged blackbird also...the cheek of the grosbeak is brown., the redwinged is tanish.
