I had a feeling that I was way off on this one. The females seem to give me a lot of trouble.

It's a juvenile with the yellow flange gape, but I agree with Orchard Oriole.

Thank you Liam. The sad part is that I had been looking at IBird Orchard Oriole pictures to confirm the male I had seen and just didn't pay much attention to the female pictures.
