While at the beach, my mom and I did a morning bird walk at Abbott's Mill and we saw a lot of birds. But I either can't ID these, or I need confirmations. Any ideas?

Agree with most of your IDs

4) Is another juvie WEV, I believe. I think a Blue-Headed would be pretty rare for DE in late june.
5) female Brown-Headed Cowbird
7) EWP
8) Not sure, I think its another Chipping Sparow

I'm not sure #7 isn't a juvie Phoebe -- the wingbars look pretty cinnamon, and they will show distinct cinnamon wingbars for a short time after they leave the nest. I don't see any hint of an eyering, and I can't see any orange on the lower mandible. (That could be just the angle, of course).

I agree with BillyPilgrim on the rest.

So both of the vireos are White-eyed? Blue-headed are in range for summer and the second one doesn't have the yellowish eye ring and wing bars. ANd if it is another White-eyed, would they both be juvies?

Both of the vireos are White-eyed. A Blue-headed would show a distinct contrast between the throat and the cheek. If I remember right, in SW PA we expected to find breeding Blue-headed's up pretty high in the mountains.
The second one does appear to be a juvie -- you can still see the yellow at the corner of the gape.

I could see #7 as a juvie Phoebe. Psweet is right about the Blue-Headed, they are restricted to higher elevation areas this time of year.
