Due to the area this was in I was thinking a Gray Flycatcher, any thoughts?

Look's pretty good for a Gray Flycatcher based on bill size, bill color, and primary projection, but unfortunately you still can't really be 100% sure.
Were you able to hear it vocalize? Another helpful ID for Gray Flycatcher is if you could see any tail flick characteristics. Gray Flycatchers will flick their tail downwards, whereas other empids do an upward tail flick.
