There is a few song bird calls in this video along with an unknown call. My guess is it comes from something to a Sora. I play a Sora call and this responded as well, I did not recognize the sound as a Sora, Virginia Rail , or an American Bittern. The sound comes close to the beginning and the end of the video and it is the background noise.
It is hard to hear but listen right before the Marsh Wren starts in and the end.

Sounds like it could be a blackbird call?

I don't think the sound on the video that I am looking for is loud enough I am trying to enhance it so I can hear it better. There was something walking around in there I could see the cattails moving as it went through them calling. The closest i can come up with is a Least Bittern but that does not belong in this area. Although Red-Necked Grebes to not breed in this area and i found a breeding pair here.
Any help would be great but no surprise if no conclusion is made.

Sounds like a call of the Marsh Wren. Here you can here that "knock" call amongst the usual "scolding" calls: http://www.xeno-canto.org/14864
