I'd love some help identifying this bird...

I've seen this bird several times now. Always near a creek or pond. It's not a shy bird. I live in Southern Ontario, Canada. I'm thinking it might be a juvenile of some sort? I've checked all my bird books and can't figure it out. Thank you in advance for any help!

You've got a female Red-Winged Blackbird, one of the most common ID questions people have.

Looks like a female Red-winged Blackbird: whitish stripe above the eye and heavily streaked breast. Wait for someone else to confirm this. Also welcome to Whatbird!
