Fox Sparrow, actually.

New Year's Resolutions:
Get my lifelist to 300 (currently 293)
Finally get Mountain Quail and Vesper Sparrow
Top my previous single year best (2011-253) I'm at 193 as of 5/12.

What are you seeing that says Fox Sparrow? It would be a very early migrant, if so, and I don't see anything there to rule out Song Sparrow.

The fuzziness of the pic and the glare from the window behind me made it look like a Fox Sparrow.

Song Sparrow for me. Seems to have too much of a broad, white malar stripe for a Fox and it looks fairly long-tailed. The photo does look dark, but I don't see any reddish color to point to a Fox.

I would agree with juvie Song over Fox Sparrow, but what's up with the blue patches in the first photo?
