I think my chickens have too much to eat! There are cockroaches living in their coops.
Perhaps! They really do a great job keeping them under control here.
Once on a bus trip to Mexico City during the dinner break (at about 1 AM) I saw a HUUUUUUGE cockroach - at least two inches long!

Once on a bus trip to Mexico City during the dinner break (at about 1 AM) I saw a HUUUUUUGE cockroach - at least two inches long!
Yep, we have those here in the Southern U.S. In Texas we called them tree roaches. Here in Georgia I hear them called palmetto bugs. Either way, SCARY. Good thing I have a cat that is extremely adept at disposing any that get in our house.

Yeah, it was an impressive sight. I'm glad we don't have them here! I have seen the Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches in zoos;they are the size of a small turtle!

I used to do security at a light-rail station, on graveyard, and when I got bored (which was quite often) I could always sit and watch the rats and the roaches that came up out of the sewer.
Well, at least you weren't bored!
