Welcome to WhatBird. Your hawk looks like a Swainson's. In future posts please include the location and date of the pic, it can often help narrow down difficult IDs.

I agree with Swainson's Hawk. The gray breast and white chin are good field marks to differentiate from similar species. Great photo!
