I agree. It also doesn't look like a Grackle's bill which has a distinct curve to the lower mandible and you can distinguish the upper and lower mandibles. This bird's bill looks to me like the bottom is straight and all I can discern is the upper mandible which is why I thought it was crow-like - which do not have yellow eyes.
I'm with JimBob - the bills look too thick for Brewer's.
