Need help in identifying this bird. I "think" it might be an Eastern Phoebe. It had a beautiful song. I live in Baltimore County, in Maryland. Picture was taken on 7/11/2012.

Humm. . . looks like a Phoebe or a Kingbird, but doesn't really look exactly like either. Opinions?

Phoebe for me, though it does look a bit kingbirdish too.

Bill doesn't look heavy enough for kingbird, so Eastern Phoebe for me.

Juvenile Eastern Kingbird for me. It has a clear demarcation of white from grey under the auriculars, a heavy bill, and I believe you can just see the white tips to the tail feathers. I have never heard either species described as having a beautiful song, I'm glad someone can appreciate it!
