Looks like a Grosbeak to me. And based on the amount of streaking of the breast i would say juvenile Rose-Breasted. It always helpful to give your location and when the picture was taken to help narrow down the ID. Hope this helps. Someone else will either confirm or correct my thoughts. Welcome to Whatbird.

Agree with Grosbeak. The hint of pink visible on the flank suggests young male Rose-breasted, but a location would be nice.
