What kind of bird?

I saw this bird in Vermont today. It was a shot from underneath, so it is dark.

Juvenile American Robin, that's my guess.

I thought the beak and head looked like one, but didn't know about the breast.

Robins are actually members of the thrush family. Thrushes have spotted breasts, for the most part, and robins and bluebirds only show the spots as juveniles.

That is interesting because my first thought was a thrush when I saw the spotted breast. Thank you for that tidbit.
