Here in the Seattle area, around marshlands and wooded areas. Taken today. Any ideas?

Oh and also this one, too. Pretty sure it's a Sapsucker of some kind, just need some verification.

1. is an Empidonax flycatcher. Do you remember his call?
2. is a female(?) Red-breasted Sapsucker

I've seen Willow Flycatchers in this location before... and looking at the calls online I think that might be the suitable match. I thought maybe it was smaller, but looking at the picture it definitely is a possibility.

The Sapsucker would be a juvenile -- adult females are very similar to males.
