Young Mockingbird?

Is this a Northern Mockingbird recent fledgling ? Looks like it but just want to make sure.
Seen last weekend at Catalina Island (off coast of CA)

Not a fledgling, too old. It's a juvenile, but yes a Mockingbird.

He looks like he's had a rough day. Young birds always look so neglected even when they are just fine. Kinda that acne/dirty hair/just grew 4 inches look that teenage boys get.

Thanks - I only figured young because of pronounced gape area that young birds have; plus tail feathers aren't as long as an adult.
