Pelagic or Brandt's Cormorant?

Is this a Pelagic or a Brandt's Cormorant? Seen at Catalina Island last weekend (pacific coast)

Pale mark by the thick (compared to Pelagic) bill suggest Brandt's.

I'm going with Brandt's. I see a light patch under the chin. Congrats, they aren't the easiest to find!

The pale patch before/under the bill separates the Brandt's from the Pelagic and Double-crested(left in this picture). Your bird must be a Brandt's Cormorant.Posted Image

Thanks everyone! I always have trouble telling the Brandt's from Pelagic. Double-crested are easy!
