Need Help with Hawk ID in So Cal

Hi I saw this hawk (?) in a neighbor's tree this morning. I've seen red-tailed hawks and red-shouldered hawks in the neighborhood but I can't tell if it is one of those or a different one. THanks

Looks like a year-old Cooper's Hawk just molting in his adult feathers.

Looks like a year-old Cooper's Hawk just molting in his adult feathers.

Second photo is a male House Finch. Agree with Cooper's on the Hawk.
