Looks like a Vermilion Flycatcher with weird saturation levels... could be something totally different though.
Total birds seen: 370

I agree, Vermilion Flycatcher. Possibly taken in an aviary, with fluorescent lights?

Another for Vermillion. Apparently these guys start to lose their bright color when held in captivity, so it could be a combination of that and weird lighting/post-processing as mentioned above.
