Mockingbird or...?

I saw this bird in Vermont this morning. It is kind of dark, can you id it? Thanks!

I personally do not see anything that would make me doubt Northern Mockingbird.

Not sure what this is, but I don't think its a Mockingbird. Even with this poor lighting, I'd expect to see some of the bright white wingbars. Also, the bill looks short and thick, but that could just be my imagination.

Yeah, not a mockingbird's bill. Maybe cowbird, but that's just a maybe.

Kinda looks like a Tufted Titmouse to me....
