Possibly Green Magpie?

Definitely a Green Magpie! As their plumage wears, the carotenoid pigments degrade, and you are left purely with blue due to the structural nature of their feathers. I volunteer at a museum that has a sizable collection of these birds, and they are all so old that they have turned a very striking shade of blue. Very cool!
