Mystery Bird

I thought this was a Western Bluebird in the field, but now I don't know. Doesn't really look like one. There was a male Western Bluebird nearby. Shot today in Walnut Creek, CA. Thanks for the help.

I could see this as a drab female Western Bluebird. Not much else that looks like this around Walnut Creek.

Thanks for the input Totah and Creeker. I think the lighting is off too. Not a good shot of the bird. I'll go with drab female WB.
