I am not allowed to use the image tool and have exceeded my limit on attaching files. I tried an email to "help" and just got an error.

Please reset my account so that I can upload photos or point to them.

Have you been away for a while? If so, you'll need to post a few times and then the restrictions will be lifted. This will allow you to post pictures that have been uploaded to a photo-hosting site (Imagur, photobucket, flickr, etc). The upload limit for the forums is pretty low, so we all use it up quickly if we post regularly.
