#1. Pretty sure it's a Laughing Gull. Lots of these guys hanging around and their call was obnoxious.
#2. Not sure about this little guy, but they were also everywhere so I'm sure it's a common bird.
#3 Don't have a picture of this one, but it was a sandpiper-type and significantly larger than the bird above. Possibly double the size- about the size of your average gull.. Very light buff coloration all over with some pattern on the breast. Bill was very long compared to its head. Again sorry for no pics, only got a glimpse of it before it flew off and the sun was right in my eyes.
