Going out on a limb and guessing, although with sparrows I'm often wrong.

Savannah sparrow?

That's the first thing that came to my mind, you can see some faint yellow near the eye, but I wasn't sure.

Yeah, the lack of striping on the face is making me hesitant, but I'm not sure what the alternatives are. Hopefully one of the sparrow people can chime in and explain what it is for sure, and why.

Looks like a particularly streaky young Grasshopper Sparrow to me.

I would say my guess is Grasshopper juvenile. I don't think I see enough belly streaking for a Savannah and the streaks seem to be to faint in color (not dark enough) for a Savannah.

I see Grasshopper Sparrow here as well.
