Red-tailed Hawk?

Just want to confirm if this is a Red-tailed. There were a few of them flying around the beach here in So Cal, this one was the smaller of the bunch and darker in color. Still not 100% certain on my hawks.

Yes, this is a Red-tail. I'm guessing that these are all the same bird.

Yeah those pictures are all the same bird. Have pictures of another one but it was much more obvious on being a red-tailed. Had the more obvious white breast, and some spotty/streaky patterns which made it easier to figure out. When they're mostly solid color (or so I think due to lighting) I just like double checking. :)

If all the same bird, Red-tail. The patagial marks on the leading edges of the wings are diagnositc.
