Hmm, my guess was going to be white throated sparrow, but maybe I'm wrong.

Lark sparrow was my first thought, but that would be very unusual for NY. Interesting.

Looks to me like a Lark Sparrow. I dont see the rust on the shoulder's sorry Parula.

It's definitely a Lark Sparrow. Face pattern is wrong for Dickcissel and it's lacking the black curvy mark on the breast.
