Spotted this little one today in the low trees surrounding a pond in Baltimore, Maryland.
Small in size and was not calling.
My best guess is a Least Flycatcher but it is more yellow on the belly than I would expect.
I would love other opinions on this ID.
Thanks in advance!

With that fairly prominent eye-ring and the short primary projection, I'd also say Least Flycatcher.

Latest lifers: Nelson's Sparrow, Upland Sandpiper, Clay-colored Sparrow, Cerulean Warbler, Bobolink, Henslow's Sparrow, Philadelphia Vireo, Kirtland's Warbler, Prothonotary Warbler, American Woodcock, Monk Parakeet, Field Sparrow, Blue-headed Vireo, Black-billed Cuckoo, Veery

ABA Year list: 357

Agree with Least Flycatcher. They always appear big-headed and big-eyed to me. Generally speaking, the amount of yellow on the belly isn't a useful mark for Empies -- they all show it, and the amount varies with how fresh the plumage is.
