3 unkown maybe Warblers

Taken in Newburgh NY 8-12-2012 I think male and female but not sure if they are the same species because of the tail lenth probably the camera angle

Pretty sure the first one is a Warbler of some sorts. Really not sure which one, maybe Pine warbler. The second bird looks like a Flycatcher and with that long bill maybe a Great-crested Flycatcher. Not definite about any of this so wait for some other to chime in.

First looks a bit more like a Scarlet Tanager to me. I agree with J on the second and third. Looks like a Great-crested Flycatcher.

I see great crested all the time around here just caught it in a different angle and it was taken about 30 sec after the Scarlet Tanager and seen the yellow under the long tail and now I see the brown coloring under the tail

Thanks for the correction Creeker. I dismissed the possibility of an Oriole, but forgot about those female Tanagers.

Dan, my great aunt used to live in Washingtonville and we had many a meal at the Vails Gate Diner.
