I took these pictures on Long Beach Island, New Jersey. I am absolutely stumped by the markings on the wing. Unfortunately these are the only pictures I have.

I believe its an Eastern Towhee, either a young male or a female.

I believe it's an immature male, females have dark brown heads, napes, and wings, the wings on this one definitely look black, and the head looks light.
