1 may be a Fox Squirrel, but I agree with Eastern Gray on the rest.

#1 still looks like a gray -- the most consistent distinction between them that I'm aware of is the color that the tail hairs are tipped with. Silver-gray in gray squirrels and orange-brown in Fox Squirrels.
