The photo is pretty tiny. Any chance you can post a larger one?

It is something else. A juvenile Accipiter. The photo is too small to say any further, but going off breast streak pattern, I would guess a Cooper's over Sharp-shinned.

Better. Young Cooper's for me. Liam's right, definitely an Accipiter.
