Seen in Maine, intown neighborhood, hopping around in an ornamental willow being chased by a chickadee which was being chased by a hummingbird. He had a yellow head, brownish body. Sorry for the bad pictures, these were the only ones I could get.

Looks like a Black-Throated Green Warbler. Should be one of the more common summer species in your area.
