Greetings,

We have a Hummingbird that does not look like our usual Ruby-throated but being in West Virginia it shouldn't be anything else which is puzzling so I'll see what the experts here say.....

Looks fine for an adult male Ruby-throated Hummingbird to me.

I agree with Ruby-throated Hummingbird. Remember, their gorget feathers are irridescent, so they appear to be different colored, depending on the way the light is hitting them.
