These were taken end of July in SE Arizona. Photo #1 is a different bird. I'm having a hard time between orange-crowned and MacGillivray. Thanks.

MacGillivray for the first. . .

And I'm thinking two Orange-crowned for the last ones. . . Maybe a Nashville on the last. . .

The first one looks like a Nashville -- a MacGillivray's wouldn't show the white below, and would have a Mourning Warbler structure. The last one looks like an Orange-crowned. The second one looks like it could be a juvenile Common Yellowthroat. (actually, I think it looks like a juvenile Black-throated Blue, but that would be a pretty darn good bird for SE Az)

I asked a very knowlegeable AZ birder his opinion and he said orange-crowned. Here are some additional views of the first bird:

Thanks.

With those extra shots, I can see Orange-crowned for that first bird, I guess, but I've never seen one that yellow. (Including the ones nesting on the Mogollon rim)

That might not help much, a lot of first year BTBWs actually don't show the white patch, so its not diagnostic until they're adults.
