Given how gray it is, I'd lean towards female Black-chinned, but the best field mark I know of to separate them is the shape of the outer primaries, which you can't quite see in this photo.

I live just east of Dallas, and I can say with much belief that this is a Ruby. I have 3 feeders at my house and have never seen anything but Ruby's. The upper green parts seem bright where a black-chinned has duller upper parts. Based on my Natgeo guide, Black-chinned do not come this far east.

I'm guessing Ruby-throated, Sibley's shows a little black above & below white patch behind the eye of BC Hummers.(BC do Summer range to Dallas according to Sibley's)
