Pretty sure its just a darkly colored Song Sparrow. Any other shots?

no other shots.. this was in a reed marsh on the river so swamp is a good call..

hah, yeah that was my first thought when I looked at the pic too
I snapped it on the kayak as i was being blown by the wind so was a bit shaky
