The second flycatcher looks like a Pacific-slope (based on range, otherwise you can't distinguish it from Cordilleran). The first one is a Myiarchus of some sort, looks awfully dark with no obvious rufous in the tail, possibly Dusky-capped?

Uh! I went looking for that Caracara today. It's only about ten minutes south of where I work. No luck though. I talked to the security guard outside the B of A, asked him if he saw a hawk on the roof. He said "You mean the Mexican Eagle?" and I said YES! (I've heard Caracaras called that before by Mexican Nationals.) He said "yesterday it was there" as he pointed to the roof. Talk about right on the U.S. Mexico border, it's like 100 yards north of the fence. I might try again tomorrow, if I take a lunch break (about 10% chance of that happening.) I can't believe you saw that guy at 3pm, it's so stinkin busy there at that time.
