Confirmed. Yellowish throat and brightly colored lower mandible are good indicators. Also this bird displays a very characteristic yellow front.

Seconded! These guys are among the few "easy" to ID empids

Yep, fly catchers definitely the hardest for me.. well maybe shore birds are worse, but where I am I dont see a whole lot to worry about them.. thanks for confirmations
