Cooper's Hawk. It's big head, and the position of the head in relationship to the leading edge of the wing, verifies for me. We generally only get Sharpies here in winter, and they are still way outnumbered by Cooper's.

I'd agree with Coop, but I'd point out to be careful with the white tip to the tail -- Sharpies have one as well, although it's not as noticeable. In a view like this, I wouldn't consider it to be much use.

Cooper's for me as well, based on the projection of the head.
