I'll toss a few Mustangs into your thread. The P-51 is #2 for me just behind the Spitfire.

I have hundreds more Mustangs and a few thousand warbird shots kicking around. I can post more in this thread if anyone would like to see them.
Cheers,
Jeff

I hope so Jeff, keep them coming! I am really enjoying all the old warbirds...
Here is a shot from my office door, the civilian side of aviation.

The CF-18 with the fancy paint was the 2009 Canadian Armed Forces Demo bird. Quite sharp.
Spitfire

P-51D Mustang

F-4U Corsair

North American Harvard
All of today's aircraft are owned by Vintage Wings of Canada based in Gatineau Quebec which is located across the river from Ottawa, Canada's national capital. Beautifully maintained and always looking great, VWofC is a fast growing collection that also includes but is not limited to, two Hawker Hurricanes, a Fairey Swordfish, P-40, F-86 Sabre and a second Spitfire. All the aircraft are flyable or are well on their way to being so.
Cheers,
Jeff
