Bird ID? Seen in Olympia, WA

I saw this bird today in Olympia, WA. It looks like a juvenile, but what species?

I agree with starling.. kind of weird seeing them with a white head like that though.
Shoot 'em all; let Photoshop sort 'em out.

My first thought when I saw it was starling, but then it looked different with the light-colored head. It was all by itself and just stayed on the ground. Thank you for the replies.

If you have the Sibley's, flip to page 416 (or whichever page has the Starling). There is an illustration titled "Molting juvenile (Jul-Sep)" that shows a bird identical to the OP's. The bird is molting it's pale gray juvenile feathers and acquiring its adult winter attire.
This transition plumage is normal for starlings, it's just not the plumage people usually see and associate with starlings.
