Sure of this one but a lifer...and I've been wrong before. Blue-headed Vireo: funky eye ring (spectacles), double wing bars.

Definitely a Blue-headed Vireo! The second shot does not appear to be the same bird but a Ruby-crowned Kinglet instead.

You're right. There was a group with both birds in it and posted the wrong tail shot. I took about 70 shots to get 5 fairly nice ones and a few tolerable ones .... the rest were blurs.
