Taken with a Samsung Galaxy S3 (cell phone camera), handheld, through a Vortex Razor 85 mm spotting scope. (Using the zoom on the S3 gave blurry results so no zoom). Cloudy day.

Cool pics, but when I hear the word digiscoping, it makes me think of a procedure doctors do to those over the age of 45. :blink:

Question about the S3. . . does it have any optical zoom, or just some digital? (could just go ask my older brother. . .)

To have optical zoom, I would think there has to be physical movement of the lenses or lens in relation to the surface capturing the image. Don't see how that would be possible in the S3.
