I'm sure someone will correct me- but it looks like it could be an Osprey to me with the eye striping!

We all make incorrect IDs from time to time. I've been birding on many occasionans where someone in the group made a bad call and I told them it was nothing to be ashamed of.Now, an incorrect ID on the other hand.... that should bring you great shame!
