Two female House Sparrows on the right, and a Field Sparrow on the left. This was taken in Ontario correct?

Yes, in Port Hope, Ontario. The second photo added in my edit was taken in Cobourg, Ontario

The second is a Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

I think the two birds in the 5th picture are house finches...but seriously wait for someone else, because I probably hold the record for posting house finch pictures thinking they are something else! :)
What I have learned so far.... just because you think that bird is just another _____ (house sparrow, chickadee, crow or whatever you are used to seeing) look a little closer... you just might be surprised!

4. I say American crow, but not sure
6. not sure - could be swallow, could be phoebe
8. Brown-headed cowbird

I agree with BarnSwallow on the hawk -- the patagial bars make this a Red-tail. #6 looks like a Northern Rough-winged Swallow, probably an adult, since there's no obvious wingbars.
