  • LocationIron River, MI in summer ~ RV to warm places in winter

Posted 06 October 2012 - 04:19 PM

This morning in Iron River ((33 degrees F)) way north in the central Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

For a lifer I'd like to know for sure if this is a Hermit Thrush.

Also using IMGUR.com for first time, hope the pic comes through.

Thanks for the help.

Oh yeah, thrushes really vary week by week this time of year. In early September it was all Swainson's here, now it's Hermit. You'll get one this fall.

Yeah, I had a single Swainson's in my yard for about a month straight. The bird finally left last week.
