Agree with Liam. Congrats on the Solitary Sandpiper, that is a pretty good bird for So Cal.

I know you probably used your Flickr title of the gull to be descriptive, but Little Gull is the name of a species, so labeling that way could be misleading. Little Gull is a pretty rare bird to come to CA, but there has been at least one the last couple years.
Latest lifers: Nelson's Sparrow, Upland Sandpiper, Clay-colored Sparrow, Cerulean Warbler, Bobolink, Henslow's Sparrow, Ruffed Grouse, Philadelphia Vireo, Kirtland's Warbler, Prothonotary Warbler, American Woodcock, Monk Parakeet, Field Sparrow, Blue-headed Vireo, Black-billed Cuckoo, Veery

ABA Year list: 358

Trip reports: Hawaii 2/2013, Florida 9-10/2012, Monterey 8/2012, Salton Sea 7/2012, SE AZ 6/2012, Chicago 5/2012, Arizona 3/12, Arizona 12/11, Chicago 9/2011, Monterey 8/11, Arizona 12/10

Ah, oops. Next time I say 'small' gull :)

So the California Gulls are coming on in for winter. Nice to have variety. Speaking of variety, amazed how different the yellow rumped can look!
