In thinking western gull for the first.

Warbler On the second one, not 100% sure on the species.
ABA list: 295 Latest: Swamp Sparrow
2013: 220

Yard List: 85 Latest: Violet-green Swallow, Tricolored Blackbird

agree that is definitely a Cape May warbler
